Steel construction, welding and surface finishing

We are proficient in all common welding processes such as MIG, MAG, TIG, submerged arc or electrode welding. Depending on the task profile, we implement these manually, semi-automatic or using welding robots.

 

In addition, we laser, grind, roll, bend, blast, paint, assemble and package components and component groups.

 

Our measures for the preservation of parts and assemblies that conclude the machining process set standards and sustainably increase the product service life.

Mechanical processing

In the field of metal-cutting processes, numerous high-precision CNC-controlled machine tools are available. We manufacture series and individual parts up to a unit weight of 120 tonnes and a diameter of 9,000 millimetres.

 

On high-precision 5-axis machines, we process almost all shapes and contours as desired using CAF/CAM.

Aluminium and precious metal machining and processing

We use the latest manufacturing technologies for the production of assemblies, special designs, sample components and small series, e.g. from CrNi steels or aluminium alloys.

 

We produce for the food and pharmaceutical industries, agriculture, the wind power industry and shipbuilding, among others.
