With the help of modern CAD/CAM systems, we create project-specific CNC programmes for highly accurate workflows. With our high-tech CNC boring mills we can machine components weighing up to 120 tonnes with the precision of a clockwork.

We turn diameters from 2 to 1,500 millimetres on state-of-the-art cycle- or CNC-controlled lathes. Our vertical lathes allow the machining of components up to a diameter of 9,000 millimetres and a unit weight of up to 120 tonnes.These units allow several production steps to be completed in a single operation.

The compact Milling, Turning, Drilling programme offers numerous options for optimum use in specific applications.

In the field of metal-cutting processes, numerous high-precision CNC-controlled machine tools are available. On our high-precision 5-axis machines, we process almost all shapes and contours as desired using CAD/CAM. For mould making, we use high-speed milling machines with a speed of up to 12,000 revolutions per minute.These units allow several production steps to be completed in a single operation.
