Our modern, semi-mechanical surface centre is automatically equipped by a cross-distributor developed and manufactured in-house. It has a divisible blasting cabin (L: 20,000 x W: 10,000 x H: 8,000 mm), a washing facility (L: 10,000 x W: 10,000 x H: 8,000 mm ) and a divisible paint booth (L: 20,000 x W: 10,000 x H: 8,000 mm).

In our modern partially mechanised surface centre, we offer a wide range of services for preservation. This includes sandblasting, manually or by robot, of large components up to 20 (L) x 10 (W) x 8 (H) metres.
The parts are cleaned in a washing facility with environmentally friendly water treatment for cast components up to 10 (L) x 10 (W) x 8 (H) metres. Our paint booth can can be used for components up to 20 (L) x 10 (W) x 8 (H) metres. We use the latest painting techniques such as the electrostatic airmix process in a supply- and exhaust-air-controlled state-of-the-art facility.
